Adds links next to the main title of Wiktionary Entries. Links added: Merriam-Webster, Thesaurus.com, Google define, Synonym.com, Synonym.com/antonym, Wikisaurus, One Look, Wolfram|Alpha, Urban Dictionary, Cambridge Dictionaries Online, iTools

- Rewrote it. Code is cleaner. No repeated code. Smaller file-size.
